Ocean Wave Pilates in Brighton and Hove offers studio equipment and matwork Pilates excercise classes taught by master Pilates trainer Paul Anthony McLinden PDTC, Royal Academy of Dance and former Head of Teacher Training, Body Control Pilates, and his highly qualified staff of instructors.
Ocean Wave Pilates is proud to be recognized as the official Body Control Pilates Supervised Teaching Centre for Brighton and Hove. Regularly scheduled Supervised Teaching sessions are available for instructors completing their Pilates certification with Body Control Pilates as a part of their qualification requirements. STUDIO AND MATWORK
Located in central Hove since 2002, Ocean Wave Pilates provides a calm and friendly atmosphere, with emphasis placed on the individual. Clients are encouraged to think for themselves, self-correct, and eventually develop a deeper understanding about the way their own body moves. Our clients improve posture and deep core stability whilst avoiding any movement that might cause stress or injury. Pilates is suitable for everyone, ages 9 to 90+
Ocean Wave Pilates' equipment studio is located at 30 The Drive in Hove, a short distance from the centre of Brighton, East Sussex. Pilates matwork classes are available at both 30 The Drive, and the The Cornerstone Community Centre See the matwork schedule for times and location.
